Asma Zia , DDS
Dr. Asma Zia is dedicated to Excellence in Dental Care and has been in the field for more than 10 years. She has completed her postdoctoral program in the latest ADA recognized dental specialty of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology (OMFR) from University of Connecticut, school of dental medicine. While at University of Connecticut Health Center (UCHC), she worked extensively with The Center for Implant and Reconstructive Dentistry in reading CBCT Scans and reporting her findings.
Dr. Zia has also served as the Resident Dentist at St. Mary Hospital which is affiliated with Yale University, School of Medicine. All while, extensively participating in community outreach programs. Dr. Zia had the privilege of working in a hospital setting, including the Emergency Room (ER) and Operating Room (OR) where she managed emergencies ranging from unbearable tooth pain to jaw fractures. While in the clinic, she routinely focused on enhancing the smiles of many happy clients.
She is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry,
American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology, Northern Virginia Dental Society and Virginia Dental Society. Dr.Zia is also an Invisalign® Preferred Provider.
